Calibration Column

A calibration column is an important component used in chemical dosing systems to accurately measure and verify the flow rate of dosing pumps. A calibration column is installed on the suction or discharge side of a dosing pump. During calibration, the pump draws chemical from or discharges chemical into the column, and the volume change is observed over a fixed time interval using the graduated scale.This process allows operators to precisely calculate the actual flow rate of the dosing pump and adjust settings accordingly.

A vertical calibration column is the most commonly used type, offering clear visibility and accurate volume measurement.

An inline calibration column is permanently mounted in the dosing line for frequent and quick calibration without interrupting the process.
