Working Principle of Calibration Column

A calibration column is installed on the suction or discharge side of a dosing pump. During calibration, the pump draws chemical from or discharges chemical into the column, and the volume change is observed over a fixed time interval using the graduated scale.This process allows operators to precisely calculate the actual flow rate of the dosing pump and adjust settings accordingly.
