Working Principle of Chemical Injection Skid / Package

A chemical injection skid / package stores chemicals in a dedicated tank and delivers them through a dosing pump at a controlled flow rate. The system can operate in manual or automatic mode and can be integrated with PLC, flow meters, pH, ORP, or other process sensors for real-time control.This ensures consistent dosing, reduced chemical wastage, and safe handling of chemicals.
